Business analyst

Key Responsibilities

 

  Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

•⁠  ⁠Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making.

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to implement and optimize business solutions.

•⁠  ⁠Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and initiatives.

•⁠  ⁠Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and presentations.

•⁠  ⁠Monitor project progress and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.

•⁠  ⁠Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and customer needs.

 

Qualifications

 

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

•⁠  3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.

•⁠  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

•⁠  Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).

•⁠  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

•⁠  Experience with project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.

•⁠  Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
