Senior PM

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.

•⁠ Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules.

•⁠ Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones.

•⁠ Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.

•⁠ Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

•⁠ Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.

•⁠ Implement best practices and processes for project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

•⁠ Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.

•⁠ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications

 

  Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

•⁠  ⁠PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification strongly preferred.

•⁠  ⁠5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects.

•⁠  ⁠Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

•⁠  ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.

•⁠  ⁠Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

•⁠  ⁠Proficiency with project management software and tools.
