Senior PM
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Implement best practices and processes for project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
