we+ has always taken care to protect personal data, and consequently to scrupulously respect the purposes for which the data is collected.
As part of the process of complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are continuing our efforts to guarantee users of our services the security and fair, lawful and transparent collection of personal data, for specific and legitimate purposes.

The Data Protection Policy sets out how we+ manages the processing of personal data in its capacity as data controller. The Data Protection Policy may be amended at any time.
Any individual who has provided personal data acknowledges that he or she is fully aware of this Data Protection Policy at the time of logging on.
Collection of personal information
The information communicated to we+ is intended for use by authorised we+ personnel for administrative and commercial management purposes.
To be able to respond to questions and requests from clients, partners, we+ employees, and to applications posted in response to job offers or unsolicited applications, to manage systems for interaction with the public, to get to know them better in order to improve the quality of services offered by we+, to send them progress notes and communication files, we+ may request, on an optional or compulsory basis, personal information, such as e-mail addresses, personal addresses, telephone numbers and, in general, any information relating to their private life (with the exception of any religious, philosophical, political, trade union, sexual or racial views or orientation).
This information :
- Will be obtained and processed fairly and lawfully;
- Will be recorded for specific and legitimate purposes;
- Will be used in accordance with those purposes;
- Is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to those purposes;
- Precautions will be taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in order to prevent it from being damaged, modified, destroyed or communicated to unauthorised third parties.
All personal data collected in this way by we+ is the result of voluntary communication and recording by the owners of the data entrusted to us, allowing us to benefit from defining contractual and professional relations in the best interests of both parties. IP addresses are recorded automatically.
All data collected and processed by we+ is hosted within the European Union. However, in the event that one of we+’s subcontractors is located outside the European Union, we+, in its capacity as data controller, implements all necessary measures to ensure the security of its customers’ data. Purpose of collection
The data is collected for the following purposes:
- To enable we+ to respond to requests relating to its professional activity, in particular to applications received and/or to contact clients who may be interested in these applications for assignments to be carried out on their premises;
- To provide clients with access to a set of data for analysis as part of the preparation of assignments entrusted to we+;
- To send clients competency files drawn up by we+;
- To keep personal data that can be used to identify the information and messages collected;
- To respond to requests for information, complaints and questions;
- To improve and personalise the quality of we+’s services by being more responsive and by adapting responses to the particularities of each customer partner employee in order to best meet the needs of each;
- More generally, to enable we+ to carry out its business under optimum conditions.
Recipient(s) of collection
The personal data collected in this way is intended for use by the persons in charge of processing information within we+, whether this be personal data concerning, for example (without this list being exhaustive), we+’s human resources or the files of consultants placed on assignment with clients.
For example, personal data relating to the recruitment process is intended for use by those responsible for recruitment within we+, in order to process the application process and its possible presentation to clients in the context of assignments entrusted to we+.
The personal data collected by we+ is for internal use only and is not communicated, transferred or disclosed to third parties. In the event of external communication, this data may only be communicated with the express prior written authorisation of the owner of the data, except in the case of communication resulting from an injunction issued by a legal or judicial authority or except in the case of communication made necessary by an administrative process (for example: transfer of private documents requested by the clerk of a commercial court or a tax authority, etc.).
The owners of the professional data entrusted to we+ authorise the latter to distribute and share the information collected with its clients and subcontractors where necessary for the purposes of carrying out the above-mentioned processing operations.
This is the case for personal data collected via contact or information forms and which may be transmitted to a subcontractor, a partner or any person having a business relationship with we+ for the proper and perfect performance of a task entrusted to them by we+.
How long we keep personal information
Personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing concerned; this period may vary from one processing operation to another and from one assignment to another.
As regards, for example, data relating to a recruitment process, the period is two years after the last contact with the candidate.
The right to digital death
Article 40-1 of the “Lemaire” law for a digital economy of 7 October 2016 makes it possible to formulate advance directives on the fate of personal data in the event of the death of the owner of the personal data entrusted to we+.
Right of access, rectification and deletion
In accordance with the aforementioned texts, on its own initiative or at the request of the owner of the personal data, we+ may complete, correct, modify, amend or delete incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data that it holds on its own behalf.
Pursuant to the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the owners of personal data entrusted to we+ are informed that they have a right of access to personal information concerning them; a right to modify, rectify, delete and erase said information; a right to the portability of personal data in accordance with the regulations in force.
They also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to object to this data being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

All requests must be clear, precise and justified.
The Data Subject is hereby informed that if he/she objects to the processing of his/her personal data, or if he/she provides incorrect or inaccurate data, the services related to the collection of the data cannot be provided, and we+ cannot be held liable in any way in this respect.
Furthermore, the collection of certain personal data may be required for regulatory or contractual reasons. The person concerned is therefore obliged to provide the personal data requested.
Your commitment to sincerity
By communicating personal data, whatever the means of transmission, the communicant undertakes to provide only truthful and real information concerning him or her.
Security
Personal data shall be processed in such a way as to ensure appropriate security by means of physical, technical or organisational measures appropriate to the state of the art, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Depending on the needs, risks, costs and purpose of processing, these measures may include pseudonymisation and encryption of data.
we+ implements a procedure to regularly test, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processing.
Modifications
we+ reserves the right to modify the Data Protection Policy at any time and without prior notice. Changes to the Data Protection Policy will come into effect when published on its website.
