Goals of the project
AOS is core application portal offers web applications to Natixis Asia which covers all cross functional areas and business lines and support for Finance, Middle/Back Office, Operation, Compliance, etc
The missions
- Perform SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) which include Feasibility Study, Application development, Scripts development, Testing, Deployment to monitoring of features for AOS
- Feature completed are:
- Asia Regulatory Ratio Report (Provide new information for Early Warning Indicator);
- Tslip SG (Develop generation of Customer Available Balance Report and Send Email to Recipients)
- Board Rate (Provide support of USD/CNH pair in Board Rate application);
- OMM Gross Limit (Revision of Gross Limit Calculation for Options Market Maker based on new input format to take effect on 3 April 2023);
- HKEXSIA (Decommission of HK Exchange Asia application)
Accomplishments
- Led the successful launch of SPACE tag center within target timeline and budget for 2 markets, TW, JP, currently on track for KR on Dec-23
- Built data visualization dashboards in Excel during UAT phase to identify and ensure timely resolution issues within target SLA
- Performed tag center data validation exercise from different source systems and resulted to a 95% data accuracy
- Conducted weekly project meetings with stakeholders including business team, developers, IT product owner, and local market to ensure all project milestones are delivered timely
